Here's a really quick and easy mid week dinner idea. You can add in or swap the vegetables to suit your family's likes and dislikes. Serves 4 Ingredients 200g Couscous 1 Red pepper 1 Yellow pepper 1 Red onion 1 Courgette Small knob of butter 1/2 tsp Seagreens Culinary Ingredient Ground black pepper Olive oile If you like have meat with your dinner, add in some chicken breasts to the tray of roasted veg | |
Method: Cook the couscous according to the pack, normally for approximately 5 minutes in boiling water with no heat and a lid on the pan until all the liquid has been soaked up. Add a little butter to it at the end and then stir in the vegetables and serve. |
